At PURE Health Advising, I work from first principles. Health is not built on trends, quick fixes, or isolated tactics. It is built on physiology, behaviour, and consistent application over time.
Rather than offering fragmented advice, I provide structured guidance grounded in established nutrition science, metabolic physiology, and movement principles. The aim is not to overwhelm you with information, but to clarify what matters most and apply it in a way that fits your life.
Sustainable progress requires more than a single recommendation. It requires education, feedback, and appropriate adjustments as your physiology and circumstances evolve. Particularly in the early stages, support is focused on building understanding, confidence, and repeatable systems.
My work integrates nutrition strategy, strength and movement foundations, sleep regulation, metabolic markers, and, where appropriate, evidence-based supplementation. The goal is to address underlying drivers of health rather than surface-level symptoms.
