Ways to work together
different levels of support, depending on your needs

Initial Consultation / Discovery Call (no cost)

A brief introductory conversation to determine whether we are a strong fit to work together.

We review your current position, clarify your objectives, and discuss what structured support may look like in your specific context.

This is an opportunity to ask questions, explore alignment, and ensure the approach makes sense before moving forward. There is no obligation. The goal is clarity.

Applied Nutrition Strategy

A structured, high-touch nutrition advisory engagement designed to clarify priorities, establish a personalised strategy, and support implementation over a defined two-week period.

This includes a comprehensive strategic consultation, full access to the Everfit platform and nutrition tools, direct messaging support during your first week of implementation, and a scheduled follow-up session to refine and adjust your plan based on real-world feedback.

Designed for individuals who want structured, evidence-informed direction without committing to ongoing coaching.

Weekly Client Advising

Ongoing advisory support for individuals seeking structure, accountability, and sustainable systems across nutrition, movement, and lifestyle.

Nutrition & Health Science Workshops

Evidence-informed sessions delivered to workplaces, gyms, community groups, and organisations, focused on practical health education rather than motivation or trends.

YOUR ADVISOR

Dean Slater is a Health Scientist and educator based in New South Wales, Australia. His work centres on helping people understand and apply the established foundations of long-term health, without gimmicks, shortcuts, or false precision.

Much of what meaningfully supports health over time is already well understood. The challenge is not discovering new secrets, but translating reliable evidence into practical, sustainable decisions in everyday life. Dean’s role is to provide clear, proportionate guidance in an area often crowded by trends and overcomplication.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition and Exercise from the University of South Australia and a Master of Human Nutrition from Deakin University. He maintains ongoing engagement with the scientific literature and professional education to ensure his advice remains current, grounded, and context-appropriate.

This work is not about optimisation or guarantees. It is about building steady, durable systems for eating, movement, sleep, and recovery that support health over the long term, while respecting individual circumstances and the limits of the science.
